Last Updated: April 15, 2025
Welcome to Tymeless Notary Services, LLC. By using our website, booking an appointment, or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and condition. These terms outline our policies regarding service limitations, shipping disclosures, government processing times, and other essential aspects of our business operations. These terms apply to all services provided by Tymeless Notary Services, LLC, including but not limited to apostille processing, notarization (in-person and online), mobile notary services, loan signings, document preparation, and legalization coordination and I9 verifications.
Tymeless Notary Services, LLC provides services to both individuals and businesses throughout the United States and internationally where permitted. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, including instances where documents are incomplete, identification is invalid, or applicable laws or regulations are not met.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. It is the client’s responsibility to understand the destination country’s or institution’s document requirements. While we are happy to provide guidance, Tymeless Notary Services, LLC does not guarantee acceptance of any document by a third party or foreign entity.
Our apostille and legalization services involve coordination with state, federal, and international authorities. While we work diligently to process documents promptly, we are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by government agencies, embassies, mailing services, or errors beyond our control.
Payments are due prior to the start of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We process payments securely through trusted third-party platforms, including but not limited to Stripe, Square and Payapl. We may also accept other forms of payment at our discretion. All payments are non-refundable once service has commenced. Additional fees may apply for rush processing, printing, travel, translation, or shipping and will be communicated to the client in advance when applicable.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) services are conducted through secure and compliant platforms such as Proof, or other legally recognized online notarization providers. The choice of RON platform may vary depending on service type, jurisdiction, and client needs.
All documents and client information are handled with confidentiality and care. We adhere to privacy best practices and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Our services are available to clients age 13 and older. For any notarizations involving minors, parental presence or consent may be required depending on the document type and jurisdiction.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments for notary and apostille services are non-refundable. If an apostille request must be processed again due to no fault of ours (e.g., incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client), a new service request and full payment will be required.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information when requesting notarization or apostille services. Any errors, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect information are the client's sole responsibility.
3. Shipping & Third-Party Carrier Disclosure
Once documents are handed over to a third-party carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL), we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. While we strive to meet estimated timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are subject to the carrier’s policies.
● We strongly recommend that clients choose tracked and insured shipping options for their documents.
● Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.
4. Government & Processing Delays
Processing times with the Department of State, the Secretary of State, and other agencies may vary. While we make every effort to stay within the estimated timeline, we have no control over government processing delays.
● If a document is delayed due to government processing times, no refunds or service replacements will be issued.
● Our estimated processing times are based on standard processing speeds and do not account for unexpected delays.
5. Uncontrollable Events
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or service failures due to uncontrollable events, including but not limited to:
● Postal and courier delays
● Government processing delays
● Natural disasters
● Strikes, civil unrest, or unforeseen emergencies
6. Notary Limitations
Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or explain the contents of documents. Notarization only verifies the signer’s identity and willingness to sign. It does not validate the legality, accuracy, or enforceability of a document.
● If legal advice is required, clients must seek counsel from a licensed attorney.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect client confidentiality. Any personal information collected will only be used for service fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
● Client information is stored securely and will not be sold, rented, or distributed.
● By using our services, clients consent to the collection and use of their information per these terms.
8. Service Fees & Additional Charges
Per state regulations, service fees may include:
● Notary fees: Charged per state-regulated guidelines.
● Travel fees: Where applicable, travel fees may be charged based on mileage or a flat-rate travel fee.
● Administrative fees: Additional fees may be charged for document preparation, printing, or expedited services.
9. Apostille Service Disclaimer
Apostille processing times are based on government agency timelines and are subject to change. Clients are responsible for ensuring that:
● Documents are properly prepared before submission.
● Any additional documentation required by the issuing authority is provided in advance.
If the apostille process needs to be restarted due to incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the client, an additional service fee will apply.
10. Photography, Marketing, and Document Redaction
● Photography & Marketing Consent: We may take photographs of the locations where our services are provided for marketing purposes. However, we will not take any photographs of clients without their explicit consent. Clients will be asked for approval if they are to appear in any marketing materials, and they may decline without any impact on the services provided.
● Document Redaction: We may recreate or redact information on documents as necessary to protect sensitive or private data before using them in marketing materials or case studies. This may include removing or redacting personal details that are not relevant to the promotional content.
11. Terms of Use Updates
