Refund/Return Policy

At Tymeless Notary Services, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and professional notary solutions. While most notary services are non-refundable due to the nature of the work, we recognize that unexpected situations may arise. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and corrections may be considered.


1. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: Clients who cancel their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. For changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, email us at hello@tymelessnotaryservices.com for assistance.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Clerical Errors by the Notary: If there is a mistake made by our notary (such as an incorrect date, name, or omission), we will correct the error at no additional charge. If a correction is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
  • Service Not Rendered: If we are unable to perform the service you paid for due to our error or availability, a full refund will be provided.


3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Client Error: Mistakes due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
  • Change of Mind: Once a notarization is completed, it cannot be refunded due to a change in personal circumstances or preference.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Send an email to hello@tymelessnotaryservices.com within 24 hours of the service or within 3 days of original payment (whichever applies).
  • Include a detailed explanation of the issue along with any supporting documentation.
  • We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 3 business days of approval. Please note that processing time may vary based on your financial institution.


6. Limitation of Liability

Tymeless Notary Services' liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any consequential damages or losses arising from delays, document errors, or third-party issues.


7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or business practices.
